This is the larger of two versions of Carrie’s season 3 dress. 

This one is marked a vintage size 13 - it has adjustable straps and a stretchy waist. Will fit a Medium best 

The color and the print is the same as Carrie’s slight difference on the top: the sleeves are strappy.
